Dubai – Mubasher: United Finance Co. (UFC) bought a 14.46% stake in Emirates Refreshments, equivalent to 4.34 million shares, according to a statement.
The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) gave an approval in early October to the increase of UFC’s stake in Emirates Refreshments.
In late June, UFC acquired 20% of Emirates Refreshments’ capital, or 6 million shares.
